- Creative Cluster and Middle X are joining hands in the Middle East region

- Creative Magellim Invest is launching Digital Health, a venture fund specialized in healthtech

From Moscow to Dubai..

Yann Gozlan, President of Creative Cluster, a French and international network of incubators and accelerators, started to collaborate with Foued KEFIF in 2017. At that time, Foued Kefif was a Trade Attaché in charge of technologies at the French Embassy in Moscow. Creative Valley started operating acceleration programs between Moscow and Paris.

Five years later, the cooperation is reborn in Dubai, where Foued Kefif founded MIDDLE X, a gateway to investors, industrials, and founders in the Gulf countries:

Digital health – a French venture fund specialized in healthtech

The partners signed a first agreement in the Healthtech sector, and other sectors will follow. Creative Magellim Invest is launching Digital Health, a venture fund specialized in healthtech. With a target size of €150 million, the fund's strategy is to provide long-term equity and quasi-equity financing for the development of projects related to connected objects in the most dynamic areas of the healthcare sector. Middle X will onboard local investors and healthtech ecosystems from Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Doha.

· “We are unique as we operate at the heart of Paris Saclay, one of the top worldwide centre of higher education, scientific research and high-tech industrial developments, representing 15% of the French R&D. We want to build a long-term partnership with local actors in the GCC”, Yann Gozlan.

· “The limited partnership will offer local investors an allocation of funds depending on the maturity of the companies, mostly French, Swiss and German, from early stage to serie A and B. The products are already developed by a proven R&D and identified customer base”.
